Users calling in to the UBC Hospital switchboard at 604-822-7121 or Emergency Line 7111 are experiencing a 14 second delay with silence before they will be successfully connected to the switchboard operator.

Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting ASDM authentication via Cisco ISE in order to manage some departmental ASA firewall contexts. We are working closely with the vendor to resolve this. Currently a fix or workaround has not been identified. We will provide an update as soon as one is available. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

We have received reports of issues leaving and retrieving voicemail messages at the Okanagan campus. Technicians have investigated and found the cause of the issue. To minimize disruption to phone services during the business day, emergency maintenance will be performed this evening to correct the issue.
