Delays with App Store Connect Usage

2026-06-24 15:20 UTC (4d ago) : We've located the root cause of the issue and traced it to a recent change from Apple. We're now working on a workaround and will have usage data caught up as soon as possible. We'll share another update once syncs are back up to date.

2026-06-22 22:13 UTC (6d ago) : We're currently investigating delays with usage data syncing from App Store Connect. Usage data is delayed starting June 15. We're looking into the cause and will share another update once we have more information and syncs are caught up.

Google's Subscriptions Delay

There's still no new subscription report data from Google beyond June 14. We're continuing to monitor the delay, and as soon as Google releases the missing reports, we'll automatically import them for everyone.

2026-06-24 10:51 UTC (5d ago) : Google's subscription reports are currently delayed, with no new data being released after June 14. We're monitoring the delay and have reached out to Google for more information. As soon as Google releases additional reporting days, we will automatically import the new data. We'll post another update when we learn more or see reporting resume.

Google still hasn't released download reports beyond June 17, so there's no change to report just yet. We're hoping Google resolves the delay soon, and as soon as new reports become available, we'll automatically import them.

2026-06-22 18:30 UTC (6d ago) : Download data from Google Play is currently stuck at July 17, though revenue data is still arriving normally and is available through yesterday. We're checking with Google to see what's causing the delay, but for now we're all waiting on Google to release more recent download data.
