Vanilla Forums (now Higher Logic Vanilla) is an online community software
platform designed for building customer engagement communities. It was
acquired by Higher Logic in May 2021. The platform offers self-service
and collaborative support with Q&A and discussions, content and design
tools with drag-and-drop layout editing, user engagement features including
gamification, automation and AI tools, and community analytics. Vanilla
provides both open-source (Vanilla OSS) and cloud-hosted (Vanilla Cloud)
deployment options.
