We are currently investigating reports of users being unable to log in to public cloud servers, along with reports of slow performance. Some customers may experience authentication failures, timeouts, or degraded response times. We will update once we have identified the issue.
Delay in Weekly Release Deployment
IdentifiedWe have successfully identified the root cause of the issue have halted any further impact. While the issue is fully contained, implementing the full recovery and fix will take some additional time. We are actively working through the resolution steps and will provide our next update as soon as we have a clearer timeline for completion.
