Regulatory Update 📢 Vietnam - Mandatory URL whitelisting for Local SenderIDs for Vietnamobile
ResolvedVietnamobile (also known as Hanoi Telecom) has updated its regulatory requirements for local messaging traffic. Effective 1 September 2026, all URLs included in messages sent using local Sender IDs must be whitelisted. Messages containing unregistered URLs will fail.
