Incorrectly recorded responses for 2-way surveys issues in all regions

We experienced an issue with incorrectly recorded responses in all regions from June 23rd 9 AM UTC to June 26th 6 PM UTC. This issue has been resolved. Questions of type choice were matched with wrong choice IDs in case where answer choice created order was different from the visual order.
