PhishLabs Support Services Email Notification Delay
Resolved[Resolved] The Incident is considered resolved after SHI signed off on the purchase order, allowing the licenses to be activated and the Phishlabs Jira instance to transfer from the Free Trial to the new full subscription. The incident status has been updated to Resolved, noting that the new licenses are active though billing may still show deactivated until the end of the day.
