2026-09-16 14:36 UTC (13h ago) : We were informed that Gong has already implemented a fix, meaning customers should be able to connect to Gong successfully in Chili Piper's Command Center. We will now monitor the results after the fix's implementation. Please email [email protected] if you still see any errors.

This should affect customers trying to connect, whether it’s their first time connecting to Gong or not. Customers who are already connected should not see any impact.
