ZSwitch US Upgrade to 5.4.170

We will be upgrading our production shared hosted (zswitch) cluster to the latest build of Kazoo, 5.4.170 This upgrade will begin in US-East, followed by US-Central, ending in US-West. If you use proper NAPTR/SRV records than you should notice no disruption.
