Reprocessing of the affected videos is still in progress. Some previously uploaded videos may continue to show audio dropouts until that reprocessing completes. Our team is working as quickly as possible alongside our provider and will post another update once reprocessing has finished.

We have identified the cause of the issues affecting video uploads and playback. A change made by our third-party video hosting provider is responsible for the longer processing times and audio dropouts reported on some recently uploaded videos.
